To be a verfier of DBS's for your club, you need to be the named Welfare officer for your club. The club then needs to complete some application forms and return then to GBG who will then provide the relevant links and passwords. This will enable to the Welfare officer to manage the FA DBS process for their club. The forms can be obtained from sarah.pridmore@lincolnshirefa.com
